Autobiography

Benedict.

I'm living through a crazy life. Life can be stressful hell, but I still live. Music is my therapy sometimes to get away from it all, and have been writing music since I was 10.

Wants
for life to get better.

ION Orchard

Considering how long I hadn't been to Orchard Road, going back there was quite cool. My family actually went ION today first. Actually it's quite nice there. B1 - B4 is like, a lot of food stuff and quite a number of shops, it was actually quite big and really crowded. We went to this Japanese Casual Dining place and it was really quite nice. I think it was quite expensive hahah. But it wasn't too bad lah, it was actually quite good. After that we went to walk around and saw stuff like "Uniqlo". Not bad. Level 1 - 4 are all the branded stuff. Hardly anyone bought stuff from the boutiques, just window shopping. SO WERE WE! =] After that, we went into some rather interesting shops. There was this place selling a lot of colourful gifts. I like the giftboxes. After that, we went to this place it was like a high-class supermarket. A lot of stuff there were very expensive. Then we went to a Faber Castell shop. Recognize the brand on your colour pencils? Yeap, but this one was actually rather interesting. And expensive. Branded, remember. And we saw this big box of Pastels in this Mahogany wood case. Total is $600. 600 bucks man! There was this most expensive pen that was showcased there too. Only 99 were made and it costs $2,100. For a pen. Yeap. There was also the world's oldest pencil. It was HUGE. And also the world's smallest pencil. They should make school excursions there. But hahah, it's a rather small shop, so yeah. It was quite a fun day, also because my brother's girlfriend was there, so yeah. Oh, and I bought a new phone. Haha. Quite happy.

Lately the yoyo craze is back in primary school. Even a yoyo must be branded. Whatever for? 20 bucks for a yoyo.. I've seen my cousins play with it, and actually they're not bad. Heh. Interesting.. I think the yoyo craze isn't going to die down any sooner. Oh well, take a break from the PSP and whatnot.

I'm glad it's a holiday for the next week. I'm definitely gonna study that's for sure. I hope to finish my holiday homework soon. So I can revise too. I hope to do well for End-Of-Years. I'm in bad need of redemption. Haha. I guess I really do. Underperforming ain't glorious.

I watched MTV Movie Awards recently, and if you notice, High School Musical 3 was nominated for everything, but since HSM reached its peak in 2006 and has since declined, Twilight took most of the awards. But I don't find it that good. I don't think Robert Pattinson is good-looking for one, and he and Kristen Stewart (the one who plays Bella in Twilight) are very nervous on stage. They were really uncomfortable and it was very awkward. Taylor Lautner was a bit better but he was of course feeling a bit weird with two very uncomfortable people. Nevertheless, the people that performed, no offence, I think weren't exactly the best out there. Eminem and Kings Of Leon. I don't mind Kings Of Leon, but Eminem, sorry.

I also watched Singapore Idol Piano Show and seriously, every contestant was rather bad. Let's name:

Charles: Shaky, boring song choice
MJ: Trying too hard, desperate to make a good first impression
Frances: Completely wrong song choice, no attitude, breathless
Jannah: Voice kept cracking
Farhan: Can't sing, really
Tabitha: Disco? Seriously?
Syltha (spelling?): Bad hair, and can't reach the low notes
Malaque: No power, chose a Christina Aguilera song
Nurul: No rock chick attitude, and proud to work in 7-Eleven =.=

The rest, I can't remember what they did. Tabitha was the best, period. She's got the look and the voice. But disco's not her. By the way, Knasher, this isn't being proud or whatever. It's my blog, I am entitled to say whatever I want. If you don't like it, then just don't read!
