Today's special: Compo
I promised myself I'd do much better for EOYs to help me pull my overall grades up. I don't know if I absolutely killed myself. For letter-writing, I have nothing to say. Although I hope I do very well for si han. For my English compo, I didn't wanna take risks as it was after all, exam, and Miss Cai doesn't seem to like my 'mystery thriller-esque' way of writing and si I didn't choose to do Question 4 and did Question 5 instead. So, I kinda played it safe, I think I'll do well, but I don't like what I just wrote. Ahh, well. Depends on what the teachers like after all. For chinese compo, I somehow couldn't concentrate. I hate our humid weather. My palms were so wet the pen kept slipping through my fingers. You know how hard it is to write like that? Anyway, I completely depended on my vocabulary to do well. Darn, I'm pretty pissed at myself. Didn't bother eating recess, since about 2 hours later, I'd be having lunch. I don't know if we can use Gel pens, or just ballpoint pens. They just said no ink pens. And FELT PENS ARE NOT PERMITTED, as I quote directly.
