hum drum.
Alrighty. I'm tired. So I'll make this quick. I've been getting such horrid results lately. The subjects I used to do well in like English and Chinese have dropped by such a huge margin. Epiphany. I will need to do better. I've been getting average to horrid results, so I'm going to try to use the June holidays to brush up. It's like, you're so confident for a test result, which you just KNOW you're gonna do well. But you're terrified of getting your hopes up. Because you know it'll soon crash and burn.The past few days have been awful. I've been getting irked at little things lately. Yeap. Irritable I guess. Not enough sleep? That should be easy enough to salvage.
And might I ask, what has the world come to? Little kids are cursing and swearing EVERYWHERE. At volleyball training, I've heard a bunch of the primary school kids cursing. And say, 5 years back? The taboo word was "shit", and now that's so common. Now the taboo is without a doubt the f word. I won't be surprised if an even MORE vulgar word comes out. In the next 5 or 6 years maybe.
During training, all we did was run. I'm so tired now. Grrr.
Sometimes, I feel like I'm always in a rush. To get things done. But in the end, I find I've just wasted time and haven't done anything productive. And it's been for the past few days. Shockingly, I think OBS life was.. well.. not as hectic. For some reason. But then again. I'm not missing OBS.
Alright, alright. Positivity. Key things in life.
Imma get We Are The Fallen's Tear the World Down tomorrow, the new Mary Higgins Clark book, plus a few more books, and... as for the rest.. we'll see. I'm hoping to get one of Jeremy Clarkson's books. We all need a little Brit humour and sarcasm in our lives every now and then. That man never fails to crack me up.
